Welcome to Cock’d Tactical — the no-BS destination for firearms training and real-world self-defense education. By accessing our website or booking a course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Read ‘em. Know ‘em. Live by ‘em.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a course. For any live-fire training or concealed carry classes, you must be legally allowed to handle and possess firearms in your state. We train responsible citizens — not criminals.

 

2. Course Requirements

You are responsible for meeting all prerequisites listed for each class. If you show up unprepared — whether that's mentally, physically, or with the wrong gear — you may be asked to leave. Safety comes first, always.

 

3. Compliance with Laws

You agree to follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws during training and in any activities related to firearm handling. Our instructors enforce a strict code of conduct, and violations may result in removal from the course without refund.

 

4. Safety Disclaimer

Firearms training is inherently dangerous. By participating, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to follow all safety protocols at all times. If you act recklessly or compromise safety, we reserve the right to boot you immediately — no refunds, no second chances.

 

5. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 7 days before the course date for a full refund.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or late arrivals: No refund, no reschedule. Time is valuable — yours and ours.

 

6. No Firearms Sales

Cock’d Tactical does not sell firearms or ammunition. We’re strictly about training and education. If you bring your own firearm, it must be legally owned, clean, and range-ready.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, videos, and branding belong to Cock’d Tactical. Don’t reproduce or share our material without permission. We built this — don’t rip it off.

 

8. User-Generated Content

By attending classes or posting/tagging Cock’d Tactical online, you grant us the right to use your image, video, or testimonial for promotional purposes. We don’t make anyone look bad — unless you’re doing something dumb.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Cock’d Tactical and its instructors are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation in our training programs. You train at your own risk. If you want guarantees, stick to yoga.

 

10. Code of Conduct

We don’t tolerate unsafe behavior, harassment, bigotry, or disrespect of any kind. Our environment is tough, but respectful. Violate this code and you’re out — period.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Check back occasionally. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the new terms, whether you read them or not.
