REFUND POLICY

At Cock’d Tactical, we respect your time — and we expect the same in return. Our instructors show up locked, loaded, and ready to deliver the real-world training you paid for. Here’s our official refund policy so there’s no confusion.

1. Full Refunds

You’ll get a 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 7 days before your scheduled training session.

We get life happens. But if you give us a week’s notice, we’ll refund your payment — no questions asked.

 

2. Rescheduling

Need to move your training date? No problem — once.

You can reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Less than 48 hours? Sorry, you’re locked in or forfeiting payment.

 

3. No-Shows / Late Arrivals

No-shows = no refund.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, that’s considered a no-show.

We run a tight range. Respect the clock.

 

4. Instructor Cancellations

If we ever have to cancel or reschedule a class due to weather, safety, range issues, or instructor emergencies, you’ll get:

A full refund or

A free reschedule — your choice.

We don’t cancel often, but if we do, we’ll make it right.

 

5. Disqualifications or Safety Removals

If you show up under the influence, fail to bring required gear, or get kicked out for unsafe behavior:

No refund.

We train professionals, not liabilities.

 

6. Custom Courses / Private Training

Refunds on custom or private training are handled case-by-case. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but we’ll work with you if notice is given in advance.

 

7. How to Request a Refund

Email us at sales@cockdfirearms.com with your full name, course name, and scheduled date. We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.
