Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Spaces are limited to maintain a high-quality training experience. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy No refunds for missed classes or no-shows. You may reschedule once if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-transferable and non-refundable. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation. Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you may join the waitlist through our booking system. Waitlisted students will be notified via email or text if a spot opens. Openings are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If contacted, you’ll have a limited time window to confirm before we move to the next person on the list.
